That's how long it's been since I've posted. That's a dang long time ago.
Hm.. let's see... what's happened since then?
Still living in Tally. Still loving it. It's not perfect, but I'm not looking for perfection.
It's about that time of year for me to miss my family in just enough time for me to go spend a few hectic holiday days with them. It's going to be rad/terrible. Just like always.
Made some really good new friends in town and that's awesome. The only problem with living in a serious college town though is that everyone else is going to move soonish. :( but oh well. We'll stay in touch and that just means road trips. And you know I love me a good road trip.
Pretty much every other day I wonder why it ever made sense to live so far from Lindsay for such a long time. It's a blessing to have her so near to me, even if we sometimes have to go a few days without quality time cause of work, obligations, etc.
Well that's really about it. I miss Pensacola sometimes. I miss the people in it (or from it) even more. We need a good reunion here soon. I'm bad at staying in touch. I don't know what I'd do without facebook, twitter, etc. Seriously.
Okay, if you're reading this, I love you. I do. Even if we aren't really good friends. I bet that if we ran into each other soon I'd give you a giant hug. OH AND ONE OF YOU.... I THINK... is moving to Tally???? Let me know about that.

For those of you not connected to me through facebook/twitter/etc, I am still alive. For those of you really behind on info, I'm in Tally. I'm doing okay. Still need a few things to click into place but overall it's really been good. I've been absolutely loving getting to be near my best friend forever and ever and helping her with the wedding. It's also been nice to meet a lot of new people through her and outside of her. Still no great job, but *fingers crossed* I might get a decent one soon.

I'm alive, and I'm doing well.
I'm happy, and getting happier.
Haha. I'm glad my life has infinitely less drama in it than it did about five years ago.
If you had told me even three years ago I was going to go to Mobile to see both Boyz II Men and the Wallflowers at the same place on the same night, I would have died laughing.
But I did. Big and Rich were there too. Hahaha.
Anyway, I was just reminded that there is a thing called LiveJournal and I realized I hadn't posted in awhile so I figured I would let anyone who still actually checks their friend list know that I'm doing well.
I love all of you. I always have and always will. I miss basically all of you as well.

Wait, let me try to tell you a bit about what's going on so you don't have to read the stuff on the site.
A high school in Boulder had a panel of people who came and talked about drugs and sex. Okay, maybe not the greatest idea and regardless of what they said,... well whatever I don't want to tarnish your opinions.
Okay, so this kid comes on the O'Reilly factor.
I just want you to know it's Bill O'Reilly and two high school students.

Watched it yet? Good. Okay, so Bill O'Reilly is an asshole. I hope you agree. He has certain tactics and when he uses them it's fact but when a high school junior uses them, he's a pinhead. WTF? Why is this guy still even on television? All he does is spread lies and hatred. Anyway, thats it. I just wanted to share that.
Oh, the other thing I wanted to mention was, has Bill O'Reilly really met any high school students? Like they need a forum on doing drugs and having sex. A lot of them are doing it already anyway and those that aren't won't let some stupid ass panel tell them what to do. That kid makes a good point, it's reassuring to know that there are a few adults who will actually talk about that kind of thing openly and honestly.
Oh but yeah, probably a bad idea to have them at the school. Because of people like Bill O'Reilly.

Been sick all day. Here's a thing Lindsay did for me.
THE RULES:

3. Pick out the perfect guy for me. Tell me why you'd think we'd be perfect. I haven't met him yet, but I'm thinking a cross between Rohan, JR, and Matt Schultz. Cute, good taste in music, polite, outgoing, fun, super caring and loving, absolutely into you and devoted to you. I'm sure he's out there, I just don't know where. Maybe when you start your big people job you'll find him.
4. What tattoo do you see me getting and why? something religious but not creepy. maybe a dove or some sort of plant or something. Maybe the burning bush? Because it makes a statement about your beliefs in a sort of obscure way. OR sonic. Because you love me. haha
5. What's your next tattoo going to be? Can I come? Probably my children's (if i have them) names on my hip, and yes. Or there's this other one, but it's a worse case scenario thing and you would DEFINITELY HAVE to come to that.

My family is okay. My house is fine and my family is not injured. My mom's a wreck because a family friend who went to church with her and her husband have passed.

but it feels like forever.
I haven't really been doing a whole heck of a lot. Okay, that's a dirty stinking lie.
I have a job and an internship. A boyfriend, friends, sorority, etc etc. Life is a little bit busy. I don't sleep much and when I do, it's not that great.
But I figure I'm doing pretty well because if I weren't, I'm sure I'd notice. I smile all the time and it seems as though I'm having a good time. I just hate being this busy. I feel detatched from the people I love and it bothers me.
I miss you all.
